Position Description:The Project Manager will manage a variety of Projects including the Project Management, Procurement, and Subcontract elements of a Project. This role requires excellent leadership and collaborative skills working with customers and other department leaders.
The Responsibilities:- Oversight on all projects including review of Cost, Schedule, Cash flow and support resolution of any Project issues
- Evaluate current project processes and recommend new methods
- Develop and implement strategies for enhancing project quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with other department heads on project-related initiatives, meeting regularly to review project status, identify issues, work toward resolution, and maintain project plans
- Monitor progress against plans and schedules, identifying and resolving problems, and updating project plans as needed
- Oversee and manage project communication efforts, including writing and disseminating project communications, conducting regular project status calls, and responding to team members’ communications
- Assist with project proposals, including developing opportunities, developing presentations Cost Control & Contract Management
- Work with all department heads and outline requirements to support the execution of projects
- Ensure that Project personnel are managing contracts including contract changes and dispute resolution; develop cost and schedule estimates for contract changes
- Support the generation of invoices for client billing Manage Procurement of Materials, Fabrication Outsourcing and Subcon
Professional Experience, Qualifications & Attributes- Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction/ engineering degree or an appropriate field
Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
