Salary range (but not limited to):
94,200 - 115,200
Incentive planAnnual bonus: 12% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Acquisitions to join our growing BrokerLink team!
BrokerLink acquires a high volume of unique offices on an annual basis. Your mandate: lead end-to-end integration across people, processes, and technology to ensure a seamless transition for new colleagues and customers. You’ll coordinate onboarding and change across operations, local networks, telephony, data, office consolidations/moves, and day-to-day business activities—driving clarity, accountability, and timely delivery. You’ll join a collaborative IT team known for high service standards and practical, fast solutions.
The ideal candidate brings disciplined project management, strong cross-functional leadership, and clear, consistent communication from kickoff through deployment and hypercare.
This position is available in any of our Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic offices.
What you’ll do here:- Lead end-to-end onboarding and system integrations for acquisitions, executing the standard integration pattern and managing exceptions to closure.
- Define scope and deliver technology integrations in collaboration with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Organize and lead cross-functional teams; enforce PM standards and ensure clear visibility into progress, issues, decisions, and resourcing.
- Serve as primary escalation point; resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and escalate appropriately to maintain momentum.
- Plan and manage timelines, milestones, resource assignments, and forecasting across multiple projects; delegate work and coach accountability.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and critical path; drive impact assessments and change control within governance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide consistent status reporting, change proposals, and governance updates.
- Manage scope changes with contingency plans; cultivate key stakeholder relationships; maintain strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
What you bring to the table:- 7–10 years of experience in Project Management. PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification strongly preferred.
- IT Project Management experience is a definite asset.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written), with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong ability to develop and manage relationships with stakeholders, team members, technical vendors.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a track record of driving decisions and removing roadblocks.
- Resilience and adaptability to manage change, shifting priorities, and ambiguity effectively.
