Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in project management methodologies. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within scope. The Project Manager will play a critical role in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement, utilizing industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, and PMBOK.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, requirements gathering, and resource allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans using tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Project Server to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks while maintaining quality standards through risk management practices.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives and communicate progress effectively via presentation skills and organizational tools like SharePoint or Visio.
• Oversee vendor management activities to ensure third-party deliverables meet contractual obligations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Scrum meetings or Kanban boards using Jira, Trello, or ServiceNow for iterative development processes.
• Implement change management strategies to adapt project scope or objectives as needed while minimizing disruption.
• Supervise project teams by providing leadership and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies including PMBOK and requirements management standards.
• Monitor data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes related to project performance and product development initiatives.

Skills

• Proven expertise in IT project management, including experience with ERP systems, Salesforce, Workday, Basecamp, and SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, and program management frameworks.
• Proficiency with project planning tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Visio, and Project Server.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with supervising experience in diverse teams.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation delivery.
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in vendor management, risk management, requirements gathering, change management, and quality management practices.
• Data analysis skills for monitoring project metrics using SAS or similar analytical tools; experience with data collection is a plus.
• Familiarity with product management concepts related to product development lifecycle and project implementation strategies.
