Project ManagerLocation: Remote/ Hybrid in Nanaimo, BC/ Canada

Compensation: $70,000 per year + 3 weeks vacation

Key Responsibilities:- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders.
- Develop processes and templates for regular status reports to management, executive leadership, and other stakeholders as required.
- Manage the delivery of multiple internal or external projects concurrently, ensuring the projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope, and meeting the expected level of quality. This includes providing direction to and managing the work effort of project resources.
- Ensure client (internal or external) expectations are clearly translated to the project team, actioned, documented and managed throughout the project; must prioritize, triage, push back and expedite items and issues as required.
- Create and maintain a regular occurrence of required meetings, status calls and status reporting.
- Ensure adequate information radiators exist and are maintained in order to keep stakeholders informed.
- Engage with stakeholders both internally & externally.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess:- 3 years' experience in a project management capacity with a good understanding of end-to-end project-management.
- Proven experience in either Agile, Scrum or Waterfall frameworks
- Strong familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Trello etc.)
- Experience with CRM Implementations
- A Project Management qualification (eg. PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, CAPM, PMP etc.) is preferred, however is not a requirement
