Impossible Enterprises specializes in large-scale, full-home residential renovations on Southern Vancouver Island. Our reputation is built on precision, and we're looking for the person who wants to help us build it further.

This is our first senior hire — which means you'll have real responsibility and real impact from day one. You're not stepping into a machine. You're helping build one.

What you'll own

• Site control. Day-to-day supervision and trade coordination on $2M+ renovations.
• Billing accuracy. We operate cost-plus. Every hour and every receipt gets tracked and billed. Nothing falls through.
• Scope discipline. No work happens outside scope without a signed change order. You see favours as unbilled liabilities and document them accordingly.
• Trade and stakeholder relationships. You work well with architects, designers, and engineers — and you know when to push back.
• Systems building. You don't just follow process — you help define the SOPs that will let us scale.
• Permit packages and municipal inspections across Greater Victoria and the CRD.

Who you are

• 5+ years in construction, with at least 3 managing custom single-family home sites
• You look at a set of drawings and see the finished building
• You know Part 9 building codes (BCBC) and how to navigate them fast
• Daily logs, material tracking, and change orders are second nature — not afterthoughts
• You communicate problems early. You don't wait until they're expensive
• You hold trades accountable without creating friction
• Easy to work with — and firm when it counts

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 BC driver's licence and reliable truck
• Able to work across Victoria, Saanich Peninsula, Langford, and occasionally Sooke
• Comfortable with Google Suite, Gantt charts, and construction PM software — we use JobTread alongside Dext and other platforms
• Must be based in Greater Victoria
• Willingness to take Safety and other improvement courses

Gold Seal or technical trades certification is an asset. Degree not required — proven experience is what matters.
