Regional Sales Assistant – SAP Order Fulfillment (Hybrid)

Location: Mississauga, ON (3 days onsite – Creditview Rd / 2 days remote)

What You’ll Do

You will act as the key operational link between sales, customers, and internal teams:

• Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP (quotations, order entry, delivery tracking, invoicing)
• Monitor inventory levels and backorders, ensuring timely fulfillment
• Support Regional Sales Managers with pre- and post-sales coordination
• Maintain and update customer data in Salesforce CRM daily
• Follow up on accounts receivable and overdue payments
• Ensure dealer accounts have valid credit coverage (credit insurance)
• Coordinate with internal departments and external dealers/distributors
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, administrative, and operational processes

What You Bring

• 3+ years of inside sales support / order fulfillment / admin experience
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (SD module required)
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (preferred)
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills
• Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment

Additional Assets

• Experience with Celonis (SAP analytics) is an advantage
• French language skills are a strong asset

Work Environment & Requirements

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
• Must have reliable transportation to commute to office
• Occasional involvement in inventory/warehouse activities (up to 23kg lifting)

Compensation & Benefits

• $65K – $70K base salary + bonus
• Full benefits after 90 days
• 20 days PTO (vacation + sick days)

This base range pays a competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 - $75,000. In addition to base salary, this position is elgible for an annual bonus.
