Responsibilities- Engage with prospective clients via telemarketing, inbound, and outbound calls to promote ticket sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
- Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase ticket visibility and attract new customers
- Identify opportunities for business development and expand the customer base through targeted outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends related to ticket sales
Qualifications- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business development skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technology and sales processes
