Sleep Clinician (RRT) – St. Albert / Edmonton
Salary: $39–$44/hr + up to $5.50/hr bonus (total up to $49.50/hr)
Schedule: Mon–Sat clinic schedule (5 days/week, Saturdays required)
No nights. No holidays. No shift work.

About the Role:This position will be part of our new Snore MD clinic opening in St. Albert in the coming months.
Until the new clinic opens, the successful candidate should be comfortable working out of our Riverbend clinic in Edmonton while helping prepare for the St. Albert launch.
As a Sleep Clinician, you’ll guide patients through their sleep therapy journey — from diagnosis to long-term treatment success.
What You’ll Do (Day to Day):- Empower Better Sleep: Set up and explain home sleep tests to patients in a clear, approachable way.
- Review Results Together: Walk patients through their sleep study results and next steps
- Start the Journey: Initiate and guide patients through CPAP or BiPAP therapy
- Support Every Step: Monitor progress, offer encouragement, and make therapy adjustments
- Educate & Motivate: Help patients build confidence and consistency with their equipment
- Collaborate with Care Teams: Work closely with physicians and internal teams for a seamless care experience
What we’re looking for?We’re looking for someone who’s confident, kind, and patient-focused — someone who enjoys coaching and education, not just clinical tasks.
You have:- A current license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (or RPSGT / CPSGT)
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional approach
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- A proactive, team-first mindset
- Saturdays required (you’ll always get Sunday + one weekday off)
- Eligibility to work in Canada
