MINISO Canada is currently expanding and we are looking for a Retail Area Manager to support our stores across Western Ontario. This role will primarily cover the following regions: Waterloo, Hamilton, London, Cambridge, Kitchener, Burlington, Guelph, and Niagara Falls.
Retail Area Manager Responsibilities:- Ensure all supervised stores run smoothly and comply with company's standards
- Develop budgets and sales goals for each store
- Interview, train and develop store management and associates
- Manage day to day stores activities according standard and coordinate store visits to make sure proper execution
- Oversee inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout
- Strategically analyze and improve overall effectiveness of stores
- Report and analyze statistics
- Liaise with department managers to ensure smooth and most efficient operations flow
- Set, review budget and manage labour cost and business expenses
Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of Retail Management experience
- Minimum relevant Bachelor's Degree
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Self-driven and result-oriented
- Exceptional merchandising skills
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required, as occasional travel between store locations is expected.
