OverviewA luxury boutique hotel is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to oversee Front Desk and Housekeeping, ensuring a seamless, high-touch guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of the rooms division, focused on service excellence, operational discipline, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all Front Desk and Housekeeping operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the rooms division
- Deliver and maintain a high-touch guest experience aligned with luxury service standards
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable department heads and their teams
- Establish and maintain SOPs, conduct regular inspections, and ensure operational excellence
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Manage departmental budgets, labour, and cost controls while maintaining service standards
- Drive rooms performance including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
- Collaborate with senior leadership on operational direction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a luxury or premium hotel environment strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of Front Office and Housekeeping operations
- Experience with PMS systems and revenue management principles
- Proven ability to lead teams in a high-performance, service-driven environment

Compensation- $65,000 – $85,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
