Compensation Range: $110,000 - $125,000 per year

Job description:The Run Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of IT production operations (Run/BAU), ensuring system stability, availability, and performance in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. This role acts as the single point of accountability for operational delivery and client communication in a bilingual environment (Canadian French / English).
Key Responsibilities- Ensure full ownership of Run/BAU operations for applications and infrastructure
- Manage incidents, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL practices
- Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents (P1 / P2)
- Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and deliver service reporting
- Communicate effectively with both French- and English-speaking stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Lead governance meetings (WSR / MBR / QBR) and deliver executive reporting
Skills and Qualifications Required- Strong experience in IT operations / production support / Run management
- Hands-on experience with ITIL processes and ITSM tools
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (Canadian French and English)
- Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is highly valued
- Knowledge of Core Banking domain is a plus
- ITIL certification is preferred
