Position OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Associate with strong customer service skills, retail clothing sales experience, and a passion for vintage fashion. This role requires someone who is professional, proactive, and comfortable engaging with customers to drive sales. In addition, you will assist with merchandising, restocking, cleaning, and content creation for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok).
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Drive sales through strong product knowledge, upselling, and customer engagement
- Create and contribute to engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
- Merchandise the store and ensure displays are visually appealing and on-brand
- Restock inventory and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Follow assigned tasks and complete them in a timely, professional manner
- Be available for on-call shifts when scheduled
- Maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively at all times
Qualifications- Comfortable approaching/re-engaging customers
- Previous retail clothing sales and customer service experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of vintage clothing and Y2K trends is required
- Experience creating social media content (Instagram, TikTok)
- Proficient in merchandising and maintaining retail standards
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
