The OpportunityWe're looking for a motivated sales professional who wants to own their results. This role is a blend of commercial business development and retail sales — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, builds relationships easily, and wants a compensation package that rewards their effort with uncapped commission potential.
You'll be based out of our Oshawa showroom, developing commercial accounts across Durham Region while also contributing to our retail floor during scheduled rotations.
What You'll Be Doing- Hunting and developing new commercial accounts — General Contractors, Property Managers, and B2B clients
- Conducting site visits, taking measurements, and presenting flooring solutions
- Managing your projects end-to-end: estimating, ordering, coordinating installs, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Assisting residential walk-in clients during showroom rotations
- Maintaining accurate records, processing orders, and handling follow-ups
What We're Offering- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 depending on relevant experience
- Uncapped commission on your sales — your earnings grow with your effort

What We're Looking For- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B, construction materials, home improvement, or similar — flooring experience is an asset)
- A self-starter who can generate their own pipeline, not just respond to inbound leads
- Strong communicator who builds trust with contractors, property managers, and homeowners alike
- Valid Class G driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable with tablets, mobile tools, and learning new software
Schedule- Full-time, 42 hours/week average
- Includes a Saturday rotation to support showroom traffic (schedule shared in advance)
