The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across both in-store and online channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product recommendations
- Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Promote products and upsell items to increase sales
- Maintain product displays and ensure store/online presentation is appealing
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions
Requirements / Qualifications- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS or online systems
- Sales-driven and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation and BenefitsSalary: CAD 38,000 – CAD 52,000 per year (depending on experience)
