Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Foster a positive and results-driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales process, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.
- Support sales consultants with deal structuring, vehicle appraisals, and closing transactions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, features, and current manufacturer programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales documentation and reporting.
- Promote a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct within the sales team.
- Actively participate in training, and performance evaluations of sales staff.
- Work closely with other departments, including Finance and Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a dealership environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of Ford and Lincoln products and sales processes preferred.
- Valid OMVIC certification is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in dealership software; experience with ERA-Ignite is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
Additional Information- Vacancy Status: Two (2) positions available for immediate hire.
- Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000, based on experience.

Location RequirementCandidates must be able to reliably commute to Scarborough, ON M1B 5V7 or plan to relocate before starting work.
