CA$25.00-CA$30.00 per hour

Job description:

As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Montis Distilling, you will lead initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This includes overseeing our guided tasting tour experience. In addition, you will also manage all sales accounts for Montis Distilling, building and maintaining strong client relationships, while overseeing our presence at local farmers markets and events. Driving sales and showcasing our locally crafted spirits with passion and authenticity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in sales, marketing, or hospitality, ideally in beverages or spirits.
• Experience managing accounts, driving sales, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for craft spirits and engaging with customers.
• Ability to lead tastings, attend events, and work flexible hours (including weekends).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Serving It Right Certificate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow all sales accounts for Montis Distilling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead and manage guided tasting tours at the Whistler distillery, creating an engaging guest experience.
• Represent Montis Distilling at farmers markets and events, driving sales and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote Montis Distilling’s craft spirits.
• Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
