We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven, self-motivated reps who want to be part of something early and earn big doing it.
The OpportunityThis is a 100% remote, commission-based contractor role with uncapped earning potential. You'll be reaching out to small trades businesses across Canada, introducing them to our AI receptionist service, and closing deals. Full training is provided — you don't need a background in tech, just hunger and hustle.
What You'll Do- Prospect and reach out to small trades businesses via phone, email, and social media
- Present and demo JayIsaac AI's services to business owners
- Close new client contracts and onboard them to our team
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for long-term retention
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
What You'll Earn- 25% commission on every sale
- Average deal size: $420–$1,200 CAD per client
- Realistic monthly earnings: $1,000–$5,000+ CAD depending on volume
- Performance bonuses for top closers
- Uncapped — the more you close, the more you make
What We're Looking For- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Comfortable with cold outreach (phone, email, DMs)
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
