Key Responsibilities- Convert daily inbound and outbound leads provided through our CRM into enrolled students
- Build trust with prospective students by understanding their goals and guiding them toward the right skilled trades program
- Actively follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual consultations
- Develop and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Engage in community-based business development to generate new student leads
- Build partnerships with local communities, organizations, and networks to attract new students
- Identify new opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach initiatives
- Promote Imperial Skills Academy programs (electrical, plumbing, Red Seal prep) in both digital and in-person settings
- Represent the academy in community events, info sessions, and workshops
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and conversion strategies
