Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and expand existing accounts
- Identify opportunities for business development within current accounts and new prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to tailor solutions that meet client requirements
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, forecast sales, and analyze account performance
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscape
- Prepare detailed reports on account status, sales metrics, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
Experience- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development at a senior level
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals effectively
- Expertise in marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
- Prior experience in analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions is highly desirable
