Our Comprehensive compensation package include:- A competitive compensation package and short-term incentive plan including a base salary in the range of $75,000 – 95,00 per year depending on experience

Opportunity & Overall Responsibilities:- Prepare planning memos, risk assessments, and audit programs aligned with applicable frameworks (e.g., SOX, NI 52-109, OSFI, NIST)
- Execute IT audit, internal audit, and advisory engagements, including fieldwork, control testing, and documentation.
- Assess IT controls and third-party service providers through review of assurance reports (e.g., SOC, ISAE).
- Support delivery of engagements by managing timelines, budgets, and key deliverables across multiple projects.
- Prepare working papers and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and alignment with methodology.
- Identify control gaps and develop practical, actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled approaches.
- Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing across engagements.

Candidate Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation (or in progress), and 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, internal audit, or IT audit.
- Hands-on experience executing audit procedures, including walkthroughs, control testing, and documentation.
- Experience with IT controls, SOC reports, or relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risks and evaluate control effectiveness.
- Ability to work in a self-driven, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work.
