Job SummaryWe’re a small, fast-moving team supporting junior mining companies — and we’re looking for a Finance & Admin Coordinator who thrives in a lean environment and takes ownership of their work.
This is a hands-on contract role with real variety: you’ll own the books in QBO, manage AP and cross-border reconciliations, support reporting and CRA compliance, and also play a key role in corporate administration — from shareholder records to board meeting prep.
If you’re someone who’s worked in mining or a similarly regulated industry, knows your way around Canadian tax and payroll requirements, and doesn’t need a lot of structure to get things done — we’d love to hear from you.
DutiesThe role is ~70% finance, ~30% corporate admin:

Corporate Administration- Shareholder listings and corporate records
- Drafting, tracking, and filing corporate agreements

- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
