Plan, organize, and facilitate requirements gathering workshops with operational teams, clinical staff, leadership, and other key stakeholder groups.
Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements using a wide range of techniques, including:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of business needs.
Translate high‑level business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements suitable for enterprise IT environments.
Ensure requirements are clear, complete, testable, and aligned with organizational and project goals.
Support solution design by validating requirements against technical feasibility and business outcomes.
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions, including enterprise-scale systems.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and vendors to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and technical standards.
Participate in systems analysis activities related to integration, data flows, and solution architecture.
Plan, support, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities within large, complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Develop UAT test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
Coordinate defect tracking, resolution, and sign‑off with business users and technical teams.
Conduct change impact analysis to assess impacts on people, processes, systems, and data.
Support change management initiatives by identifying risks, mitigation strategies, and training considerations.
