NOW HIRING – SENIOR LINE COOK (MEXICAN CUISINE)

We are looking for an experienced cook with proven background in Mexican or Latin American cuisine.

Please do not apply if you do not have direct experience in this cuisine.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can step in and perform from day one.

Requirements (MANDATORY):

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Mexican or Latin cuisine
• Strong understanding of sauces, prep, and flavour profiles
• Ability to work clean, fast, and organized under pressure
• Consistency in execution and plating

Responsibilities:

• Execute dishes to our standards during service
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service
