OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Advertising. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics tools to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. The Senior PPC Specialist will play a key role in developing effective advertising strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
Duties- Own end-to-end PPC campaigns: strategy, setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Coordinate seamlessly with designers, video producers, and copywriters to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals.
- Manage campaign budgets, contracts, payments, and platform setups.
- Research and test new advertising platforms, formats, and opportunities.
- Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure campaigns are compliant with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
- Drive results independently while collaborating with the marketing and tech teams.
Experience5+ years of hands-on experience in PPC, preferably in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, pharma, etc.). Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms. Experience in optimizing Meta Ads for purchases and driving revenue. Experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a clear focus on sales and conversion value Proven track record of running high-performing, compliant campaigns. Excellent project management and coordination skills. Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and a proactive approach. Ability to independently own campaigns and drive results with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate would work in CST or EST, however, this is not a requirement, and we are flexible.
Note: We do have an office in Mississauga for a candidate who would like a hybrid working environment, however, this is a remote role and there are no requirements to go to an office now or in the future.

Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 37.5 per week
