About the RoleGuildcrest is a CSA A277–certified volumetric modular builder delivering small‑ to large‑scale and multi‑unit projects across Ontario and other jurisdictions.
We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator with strong technical literacy and sound judgment to support active projects across design, manufacturing, and site execution. This role is critical to maintaining coordination, communication, and control across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced modular production environment.
Project management responsibilities at Guildcrest are distributed across several internal roles. As a result, this position requires a high degree of independence, comfort operating with partial information, and the ability to proactively coordinate resolutions across disciplines. The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams, consultants, authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), and, where appropriate, clients.
This is not an entry‑level coordination role. It is a senior, technical coordination position requiring confidence, accountability, and professional communication skills.
