Senior Project Manager – Data CentersLocation: Greater Toronto Area
Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 + Bonus, RRSP, Full Benefits, Car Allowance
Our client, a respected General Contractor in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of major data center construction projects. This role will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, while ensuring strong client service, budget control, schedule management, and overall project success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle of data center construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive overall project performance
Requirements- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a General Contractor environment
- Data center project experience is required
- Strong background managing large-scale construction projects
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work within the Greater Toronto Area
