Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure

What you'll be doing:
Managing IT infrastructure initiatives including lifecycle management, IT Operations, and application enhancements
Leading change management processes, presenting at CABs, and owning risk assessment and mitigation
Serving as the primary implementation contact — escalating issues, managing timelines, and keeping all stakeholders aligned
Partnering with vendors to deliver agreed outcomes and holding them accountable to scope
Developing and presenting status reports, risk registers, and delivery plans to senior management
What you need:
8+ years in IT infrastructure project management
Proven track record managing infrastructure lifecycle, IT enhancements, and cross-functional programs
Experience presenting at Change Advisory Boards and managing change end-to-end
Strong stakeholder communication skills — you're comfortable reporting up to leadership and coordinating across technical and business teams
Nice to have:
PMP or equivalent certification
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft, Cisco, or HPE environments
ServiceNow / ITSM process experience
Public sector background
