Thermo Tec Mechanical is expanding our service division and looking for a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic with strong troubleshooting ability and Gas certification to lead complex diagnostic and repair work.

This role is refrigeration-heavy and service-focused.

• Advanced diagnostics on heat pumps & HVAC systems
• Refrigeration system troubleshooting
• Electrical and controls diagnosis
• Performance testing & system optimization
• Light commercial refrigeration service
• Minimal repetitive production installs

We are looking for a technician who can walk onto a site, diagnose efficiently, and solve problems properly the first time.

• 4-day work week
• $48–$62/hr depending on experience
• Profit sharing 3x per year
• Light on-call rotation

We are open to experienced out-of-town applicants and can assist with relocation for the right technician looking to move to Vancouver Island.

• Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic
• Class B Gas Fitter or Red Seal Gas
• Strong electrical & control troubleshooting skills
• Minimum 5+ years field experience preferred
• Clean driver’s abstract
