Role OverviewAutoShack is hiring a Retail Store Manager for our new AutoShack at Rona+ locations.
We are looking for a manager who wants to take ownership of a store, lead from the floor, build a strong team, and deliver steady results. This is a store-level leadership role for someone who wants to prove themselves through operational performance, team development, and consistent execution.
This role is best suited for candidates seeking a stable, long-term career opportunity in retail leadership. Advancement opportunities exist within the company, but are based on demonstrated results, leadership maturity, and sustained success in the role over time.
What You’ll Do- Lead day-to-day store operations and customer experience
- Hire, train, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Associates
- Lead from the floor and maintain a visible leadership presence during shifts
- Drive store performance across sales, warranty attachment, customer satisfaction, and return rate control
- Manage labour and payroll discipline within target
- Ensure company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards are followed
- Oversee inventory accuracy, returns processing, store presentation, and daily execution
- Resolve customer and staff issues professionally and decisively
- Develop an Assistant Manager toward future promotion readiness
CompensationThis position includes a base salary plus monthly commission.
Managers are expected to participate in the monthly commission plan based on store performance in the following areas:
- Average Order Value
- Extended Warranty Sales
- Return Rate
- Calls Answered / Abandoned
- Customer Satisfaction
- Inventory Compliance
- Store Sales Target Performance
- Payroll Efficiency
Based on store results, Managers should reasonably expect commission earnings of approximately $300 to $500 per month on the low end, with strong-performing stores capable of generating $2,700+ per month. Commission is governed by the Company’s Retail Store Manager Commission Plan.
