The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, independent, customer-obsessed Senior Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.

This is not a typical sales role, this is a sales leadership role on the sales floor and behind the counter.

You set the tone, you bring the energy and you elevate everyone around you.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with landscapers, contractors, builders, and homeowners
• Guide clients at the retail desk and deliver a world-class showroom experience
• You quote fast, follow up faster, and close with confidence and you work the phone like a pro — urgency wins deals
• Own your customers from first conversation to final delivery.
• Manage multiple projects without dropping the ball and deliver world-class service at every touchpoint
• Lead on the floor — when your energy rises, the team follows
• You grow accounts and increase customer lifetime value by representing and elevate the kreitmaker brand in every interaction

Who You Are

• 5–8+ years of proven sales performance — you have the results to back it up.
• Experience in landscape, masonry, or building materials is a strong asset
• You are highly independent — you don’t wait, you act
• Competitive, driven, and wired to win, and you ask “What’s next?” — then go make it happen
• You are a strong decision-maker with full ownership mentality, confident on the phone — fast, sharp, relentless on follow-up
• High integrity — you play the long game and do things right
• Passionate about design, construction, and building something real
