A Marco Plumbing is seeking a highly experienced Service Plumber (10+ years) to join our growing team.
We specialize in condos, apartment buildings, and commercial service work. This is primarily service and repair, however there will be occasional new installation work as required.
We are looking for someone who can troubleshoot, work independently, and represent the company professionally on-site while maintaining strong productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Service and repair plumbing systems in condos, apartments, and commercial buildings
- Diagnose plumbing issues efficiently and provide proper solutions
- Perform installations and repairs in compliance with Ontario Plumbing Code
- Complete occasional new installations and upgrades as required
- Communicate clearly with property managers, supers, and customers
- Complete service calls and document work performed
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Work efficiently and manage time effectively without compromising quality
Requirements- Minimum 10 years plumbing experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong background in service work (not just rough-in)
- Experience working in occupied buildings and multi-unit properties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of Ontario Plumbing Code
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to complete work in a timely and productive manner
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
