Job DescriptionAs a senior systems administrator, you play an important role in our customers’ productivity and success. Customers rely on your in-depth knowledge and understanding of networks, servers, security and cloud in order to ensure that their IT systems are secure, optimized, and properly managed. While you will work primarily remotely, you may be required to make infrequent and occasion onsite visits.

Essential Qualifications:- 4+ years of experience working with end users
- 8-10 years of experience in providing level 2-3 support for servers, switches, routers, access points and network infrastructure components
- Able to architect IT infrastructure solutions suitable for small and midsized organizations
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Degree or Diploma in an IT-related field
- Must have in-depth knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting server hardware, cybersecurity platforms (EDR/MDR/SIEM), networks, VLANs, QoS, Wireless, Windows Remote Desktop Services, virtualization technologies, server storage/RAID, and Microsoft SQL Server
- Must have in-depth knowledge and experience with cloud technologies including Microsoft 365 Security stack, Azure Management, Intune Device Management, and AutoPilot
- 8-10 years of experience working with desktop and server automation technologies such as remote software deployment, group policies, self-healing and auto-remediation
- Knowledge of Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM) systems
- Must have a car and a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel mostly within the Toronto area
Recommended Qualifications:- Microsoft certifications showing proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Cloud technologies and Exchange
Salary Range:CAD $85,000 - $95,000 / annum + benefits.
