Position: Customer Service Representative, part-time
Location: Montreal North, training on-site, then working remotely.
Salary: $21 per hour

About the Role:Our client is a Quebec-based leader in the home appliances sector. To provide their customers with attentive support at every stage of the purchasing process, they are looking for professional and enthusiastic customer experience specialists. You will be at the heart of customer relations and logistics coordination.
Your Daily Responsibilities:- Provide fast, empathetic, and professional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage the full order cycle, including returns, claims, and inventory follow-ups.
- Accurately document interactions in the CRM or ERP system.
- Work closely with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and personalized service.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and purchasing teams to ensure order accuracy and delivery timelines.
- Handle billing, credit, and account-related inquiries with discretion.
- Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and company policies.

Essential Qualifications:- Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar customer service role
- Language: Proficiency in French
- Digital Skills: Comfortable using technology tools during calls
- Abilities: Autonomous, highly organized, and excellent under pressure
