OverviewWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) professional to manage, optimize, and maintain our ITAM processes within the ServiceNow platform. This is a remote role in the USA, open to candidates who currently hold TN visa status.
Responsibilities- Implement and maintain ITAM processes in ServiceNow, including asset lifecycle management, discovery, CMDB integration, licensing, and software asset management.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and procurement teams to ensure accurate asset data and compliance with licensing terms.
- Design and optimize dashboards, reports, and workflows to support ITAM metrics and IT governance.
- Perform asset reconciliation, data normalization, and periodic audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in project deliverables, including migrations, integrations, and process improvements; provide subject matter expertise on IT asset data.
Qualifications- Proven experience configuring and administering ServiceNow ITAM and related modules.
- Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, discovery, and CMDB integration.
- Hands-on experience with data reconciliation, licensing optimization, and audits.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
- TN visa holder with current eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred qualifications- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, or ITAM-specific tracks).
- Experience with integrations (e.g., SCCM, Intune, SCCM/SCOM discovery, or other asset discovery tools).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
