Overview

The position of Order picker/Shipper/Receiver/Warehouse Staff executes the warehouse plan, as communicated by the Logistics Coordinator and Plant Supervisor, in a safe and efficient manner, and possess the following characteristics:

Job Tasks include:

• Pick customer orders and prepare for shipping
• Transfer materials/finished goods between divisions
• Restocking picking bins
• Loading and unloading of transport carriers
• Prepare proper paperwork/documentation for shipments (as needed)
• Prepare courier shipments and process (as needed)
• Communicate specific information between divisions and co-workers
• Respond to CSR inquiries
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Inventory cycle counts
• Other duties that may be required.

Must Have:

• Secondary school diploma
• Forklift license for Counterbalance (electric & propane), Reach (electric) & Pallet jack (electric) - Mandatory, TDG & WHIMS training (Nice to have)
• Experience picking in a warehouse

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires prolonged standing, walking and repetitive motion
• Continuous motion of getting on and off the forklift for order picking
• Ability to drive and operate forklift proficiently
• Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day

Hours of work

• Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
• Weekend and Overtime as required
