Job SummaryPrimetime Signs is looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented person to support our shop operations. This role is hands-on and diverse; ideal for someone who enjoys working with signs, printing, and light production tasks, and is comfortable communicating with customers.
Duties- Operate printing and vinyl equipment (e.g. plotter, laminator)
- Apply vinyl to various materials and surfaces (e.g. coroplast, metal panels)
- Cut, assemble, and prepare signage for pickup or installation
- Organize materials and maintain the shop clean and functional
- Basic inventory tracking and restocking
- Assist with customer service (in person and by phone)
- Professional written communication with clients via email and WhatsApp
- Manage and update work orders using Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic Bookkeeping
- Occasionally assist with deliveries or sign removals
Skills- Valid driver’s license (Class 5 preferred)
- Physically able to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in basic computer tools: email, WhatsApp, Google Drive
- Good command of Excel or Google Sheets (filtering, sorting, updating data)
- Organized, responsible, and able to follow through with tasks
- Intermediate to advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications- Basic Canva skills (for simple design edits)
- Previous experience in sign production, printing, or vinyl application
- Ability to manage tasks independently and keep work flowing smoothly
- Detail-oriented and methodical with documentation
- Comfortable communicating with customers and coordinating pickups or drop-offs

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
