We are a fast-growing, family-owned kitchen renovation company based in Barrie, specializing in high-quality kitchen transformations and customer experience.
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and personable individual to join our team as a Showroom & Project Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and wants to grow within a company long-term.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Meet with clients in our showroom to assist with finish and material selections
- Guide customers through design choices (colours, hardware, layouts, etc.)
- Help prepare project details for ordering and installation
- Assist with site re-measure appointments when needed
- Support invoicing, order processing, and project coordination
- Act as a point of communication between sales, operations, and clients
- Assist with light social media content (e.g. “colour of the week”, project highlights)
What We’re Looking For:- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in design, renovations, or construction
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus (Not Required):- Experience in kitchens, cabinetry, or renovations
- Experience in customer service, admin, or coordination roles
- Social media/content creation experience
