Role: Hands-on Dev + Azure cloud Designer experience- Senior IT Developer with 8+ years to support AML Watch List Management / Name Screening platforms across enterprise customer base.
- Design, develop, and deliver large‑scale, complex AML technology solutions with end‑to‑end ownership.
- Architect and manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, including upgrades, scaling, and networking.
- Design and maintain Helm charts for JBoss‑based application deployments across Dev, QA, and Prod.
- Administer and tune JBoss EAP for containerized environments, optimizing JVM, GC, and thread pools.
- Implement observability using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana for JVM and pod metrics.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases, including performance tuning, HA, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Integrate secure ingress using Azure Application Gateway / NGINX with WAF policies.
- Implement secrets management using Azure Key Vault with AKS Workload Identity or CSI drivers.
- Ensure compliance with banking security standards (RBAC, encryption, audit logging).
- Work closely with vendors on Kubernetes containerized delivery and issue resolution.
- Support AML name screening platforms (e.g., Actimize, Watch List Management).
- Handle messaging using Azure Service Bus or Kafka for high‑volume AML processing.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash or Python to support deployments and operations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide technical leadership on AML initiatives.
