PrecisionIT is seeking Sr Techno-Functional Finance Business Analyst who has experience with Payments/SWIFT to work initial 9-month contract with one of our clients in Waterloo or Toronto, ON.

The resource is expected to work hybrid style (4x per week onsite, possibly 5x starting in September).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree plus experience in financial services or corporate treasury (Payments, AP, AR).
• Knowledge of corporate/banking payment messaging, with hands-on experience in at least two of: EDI, EFT, ACH, SWIFT, or FED, and familiarity with ISO20022 payment formats.
• Proven ability to identify and streamline overly complex processes.
• Strong verbal communication skills for client-facing discussions.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting and documenting requirements.
• Experience with or understanding of financial services applications (payments, cash management, lending, or corporate treasury).
