Are you passionate about fabrics and retail operations, and ready to lead a creative and growing fabric store? GK Fashion Fabrics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the overall management of our store, including in-store operations and online order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
- Manage all store staff, assign tasks, and ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently.
- Handle all in-store customers and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage and coordinate all online orders from start to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Coordinate packing and shipping processes with staff to ensure all online orders are prepared, packed, and shipped on time.
- Coordinate with the social media team to ensure platforms are updated regularly with products, promotions, and content.
- Add new products into the system and ensure they are properly listed and updated across both online and in-store systems.
- Monitor inventory levels across both in-store and online platforms; handle stock updates and barcode labeling.
- Use fabric knowledge to guide customers in selecting appropriate materials for their projects.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and an organized store layout.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, both in-store and online.
- Analyze sales performance, online order trends, and customer feedback to drive business growth.
- Plan and execute store promotions, events, and workshops.
- Take full responsibility for overall store operations.
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience with online order processing and shipping coordination.
- Strong interest in fabrics, crafts, sewing, or DIY projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Etsy, and courier/shipping platforms.
- Multitasking, creative mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in overall retail store management.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and barcode labeling.
- Experience handling high-volume online orders.
- Creative background in sewing or crafting.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
Working Hours:- Full-time position
- Working days include weekdays and weekends
- Must be available to work weekends
