ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Brand & Communications- Maintain brand integrity across all customer and community touchpoints.
- Oversee development of messaging, storytelling, collateral materials, and creative assets that reflect CityWest’s community-connected identity
- Manage corporate communications, announcements, and community engagement initiatives.
- Lead community engagement and activation initiatives that strengthen CityWest’s presence and relationships across our service areas
- Oversee customer television content contracts and related vendor relationships
Campaign Management- Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to local communities to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
- Utilize ERP systems to configure and program promotional offers and campaign elements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality in campaign execution
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on results.
Digital & Content Marketing- Oversee website content, social media presence, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Guide development of engaging content that highlights CityWest’s services, community impact, and customer experience
Revenue & Growth Alignment- Partner with Sales and Customer Experience teams to support lead generation, service adoption, and customer retention
- Align marketing activity with product launches, service expansions, and service growth initiatives.
- Monitor marketing contribution to revenue outcomes and customer lifecycle metrics.
Partner & Budget Management- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee relationships with agencies, designers, media partners, and vendors.
- Manage philanthropic activities
- Carry out day-to-day partner relationship activities, including coordination, communication, and follow-through on shared initiatives
Team Leadership- Provide direction, coaching, and support to marketing staff.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure integrated execution.

Qualifications and Experience- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience with several years in a senior capacity, including campaign management and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated experience managing digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
- Well versed in commercial marketing software and data analytic tools
- Experience in telecommunications, utilities, or service-based industries considered an asset.

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
