The Supervisor, Trucks oversees a large, dynamic shop responsible for the maintenance and repair of Komatsu and other OEM equipment. This role provides hands-on leadership and technical oversight, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality repair operations. Salary: $155,000–$165,000 annually, plus safety incentive
Work arrangement: Fixed on-site (working at the branch each day)

What You’ll Do- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance and repair of Komatsu and other OEM equipment.
- Assign, schedule, and coordinate work for 20+ Heavy Equipment Technicians (HETs), electricians, and welders.
- Complete in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards and documentation requirements are met.
- Prepare and manage work orders, service quotes, warranty documentation, technical reports, and supporting documentation.
- Coach and develop employees through training, performance feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Enforce safety standards, participate in incident investigations, review timecards, and ensure procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.
- Resolve customer concerns by diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Support planning, prioritization, and dispatch of field work, including PM services and Komatsu Care programs.
- Manage inventory needs for major work orders, order parts and supplies, and complete shipping/receiving documentation.
- Participate in safety programs, audits, and corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the branch.
What You BringThe ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician, plus Red Seal certification. Other qualifications include:
- Prior supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
- Thorough knowledge of maintenance and repair of Komatsu and other OEM equipment.
- Solid understanding of OHS legislation, safety standards, and inspection practices.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate a large shop operation.
- Highly organized, performance-focused, and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5/G or equivalent).
