About The CommunityCold Lake School is a Kindergarten to Grade 9 School with approximately 10 students, a teaching principal, classroom teacher and three support staff members working in multi-age classrooms. The school is located in the picturesque community of Sherridon, which is road accessible and is approximately 100 km from Cranberry Portage and 120 km from Flin Flon, a full-service community.

What You Bring- Bachelor of Education Degree and valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for)
- Master's degree in education/administration and/or Certificate in School Leadership would be an asset
- At least five years of teaching experience and five years of administrative experience
- Previous success with development and implementation of short and long-term school-based plans
- A sound knowledge and experience with school-based technology
- Knowledge of Indigenous Way of Life (considered an asset)
- Experience working in a northern community (considered an asset)
