Responsibilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature grill environment, cooking and handling food consistently during peak hours while maintaining cleanliness of the station.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Manage customer orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and prompt service
- Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food handling and storage
- Support team members during busy periods by performing various tasks as needed
- Perform shift prep and restocking to ensure smooth operations, including maintaining adequate supplies and supporting overall kitchen readiness during busy periods.
- Multitask across stations as needed, including assisting with food handoff and supporting team operations under pressure.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Skills- knowledge in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature grill environment, cooking and handling food.
- Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Kitchen experience or prior food industry background is advantageous
- Capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
- Upselling skills to promote menu items and enhance guest satisfaction
