Job descriptionResponsibilities:- Provide technical support through in-store visits, email, video calls, and phone calls.
- Organize workflows to meet specified requirements and deadlines.
- Contact clients to gather missing information and respond to inquiries.
- Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate key customer feedback to internal teams.
- This role requires a tech-savvy individual who will develop and maintain a database with essential information for current and prospective customers. Accuracy in this database is critical for smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements- Proven work experience as a customer service support agent
- Fluent in English
- Hands on experience with Email Software (e.g. Thunderbird, OutLook...etc) and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
