Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Support Agent to join our Laval team. You will provide phone and email support to customers and installers, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with installation guidance for automotive lighting and truck accessories. This is an entry-level role with full training, ideal for candidates passionate about automotive electronics, hands-on work, and customer service.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support via phone and email to customers and installers
- Assist with LED lighting installation, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Guide customers on truck accessory installations and compatibility
- Handle escalated technical issues from the customer service team
- Participate in hands-on product training to learn the full product line
- Test, inspect and verify products in collaboration with the warehouse team
- Provide internal support to customer service and other teams
- Train customer service staff on technical product knowledge after onboarding
- Assist with order support, data entry, and filing as needed
Requirements- Bilingual English and French with strong spoken English for North American support
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Basic knowledge of wiring, electronics, or automotive accessories
- Hands-on mindset; experience with tools, vehicles, or installations is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Calm, professional approach to troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to work on-site in Laval, QC 5 days per week
Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus)- Familiarity with LED lighting systems or vehicle electrical systems
- Experience in automotive aftermarket parts
- Previous customer support or technical support experience
