We are hiring Technology Operations Analyst I to join our Managed Services team, responsible for supporting and maintaining business-critical applications for our clients. In this operational role, you will provide day-to-day application support, manage incident and service request queues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous service improvement in a multi-client environment.

Your Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day application support by managing incidents, service requests, and issues in line with defined SLAs.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot errors, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability.
- Support change and release activities, including testing, deployment validation, and documentation.
- Maintain operational documentation such as playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles to support consistent service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve issues, communicate updates, and drive continuous improvement.
Skills And Attributes For Success- Strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams.
To qualify for the role you must have- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in technical operations, software development, or IT support.
Ideally, you’ll also have- Advanced programming or scripting language certifications (e.g., Java, Python, or PowerShell).
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar platforms.
- Hands on experience with Guidewire Insurance platform.
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with basic development tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto/London/Ottawa/Waterloo/Vancouver/Victoria/Dieppe :$48,000 to $72,000
