Our client, a leader in food manufacturing technology solutions, is seeking a Territory Manager to join their team. They have partnered with Nick Kanaan of Lock Search Group find their new Territory Manager to lead their BC team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth in the BC Food Manufacturing and Processing marketplace. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company and play a key role in expanding their presence in the food manufacturing space. This position will have the flexibility of working from a home-based environment when not directly dealing with customers face to face.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new opportunities, prospecting accounts, and expanding existing customer relationships across the region. The role focuses on promoting and selling industrial weighing, labeling, and packaging solutions through strategic account management, cross-selling, and upselling. Responsibilities include executing sales plans, developing proposals and value-driven solutions, preparing quotations, and supporting bid strategies to secure business. Success in this role also involves monitoring market trends and competitive activity, generating referrals, and contributing to overall business growth through effective communication and execution of sales strategies.
