About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale service transformation within a mission-driven organization in the financial services and insurance space. As a Trainer, you’ll support the evolution of a modern contact centre by helping employees confidently adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with an established training team, unionized staff, and business leaders, delivering learner-centered training that directly supports both organizational goals and community impact. Your work will help scale onboarding and upskilling for hundreds of employees while new technologies and processes are rolled out.

Your Responsibilities- You’ll deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for contact centre agents, leaders, and new hires.
- You’ll support the design and rollout of training curriculum for new systems, tools, and processes.
- You’ll help develop and maintain training materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, and video content.
- You’ll evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and continuous improvement practices.
- You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business needs.
- You’ll support learning initiatives such as knowledge management, dashboards, onboarding, and process adoption.
Skills and Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or facilitation, including virtual environments.
- Experience supporting systems or process transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills for diverse adult learners.
- A learner-centered, motivational approach to training and change.
- High energy, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in insurance, unionized environments, or contact centres is an asset.
