Job DescriptionWe are seeking a UI Designer to translate UX strategy into high-fidelity, responsive designs for ServiceNow Employee Center. The role will ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and alignment with ServiceNow's design system while supporting efficient development handoff and design QA during build and UAT phases.
Responsibilities:- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for core Employee Center pages.
- Map legacy widgets to modern components and propose redesigns.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile within UI Builder constraints.
- Prepare theme assets and tokens for branding in Theme Builder.
- Provide component specifications and redlines for developers.
- Conduct design QA and accessibility checks during implementation and UAT.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 4-7 years of UI design experience for enterprise applications.
- Strong visual design skills across typography, color, and layout.
- Experience working within design systems and responsive frameworks.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and practical application.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and UX strategists.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center and Next Experience components.
- Familiarity with Storybook and component handoff workflows.
- Ability to write microcopy and contribute to content standards.
Tools:- Figma for design and prototyping.
- ServiceNow UI Builder and Theme Builder familiarity.
- Accessibility tools such as axe and Lighthouse.
- Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
